Warranty

DuraCord Style offers a 12 months warranty on all its products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Damaged caused by normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. However, we are very keen on making sure you have a product that you enjoy and can send you replacement parts as needed. We replace defective products at no costs to you up to 12 months after purchase.

Return

If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 90 days to send the product back. You pay for the shipping and we will reimburse the price paid for the item minus the actual shipping costs. We ask that you return the product to the manufacturer at this address. Make sure your name and Invoice ID are clearly visible on the label.
